eTrack at CBAC

Between June 15 and 18, 2025, Expo D. Pedro, in Campinas (SP), hosted the 50th Brazilian Congress of Clinical Analysis (CBAC), which in this edition highlighted the proposal for a National Laboratory Diagnosis Policy and other topics related to innovation in the area.

eTrack no CBAC 2025

Who passed by our stand

  • Constant movement – we have counted hundreds of qualified visitors: biomedical scientists, quality managers, laboratory owners and students curious to see eTrack in action.
  • Hands-on demonstrations – we show, in practice, how the application records each tube in the pre-analytical phase, at the time of collection, ensuring instant traceability and data ready for productivity indicators.
  • Open conversations – questions about integrations, audits and patient experience reinforced the value of listening to those who experience the laboratory routine, while Greiner's new products attracted even more visitors to stand 52.

What we take home

The biggest gain was the dialogue: we noted down a series of valuable ideas from users, LIS partners, quality consultants and even competitors. All of them have now been added to our backlog for evaluation, validation and prioritization — a commitment to transform these learnings into concrete improvements in future versions of eTrack.

Next steps

1 – Collaborative evaluation – in the coming weeks, our Product and Quality team will review each suggestion collected at the conference.
2 – Transparent roadmap – in July we will publish a public view of the prioritized improvements and their stages of development.
3 – Co-creation program – those who visit us will receive an invitation to test prototypes first-hand and continue contributing feedback.

Thank you very much

Participating in CBAC 2025 reinforced that innovation happens when we put the product in front of those who face the problem every day. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, praised us and, most importantly, challenged us to go further.

The dialogue began in Campinas — and remains open.
