In June 2025, the 50th Brazilian Congress of Clinical Analysis (CBAC)<\/a> will bring together thousands of professionals in Campinas-SP to discuss the most critical bottlenecks in laboratory medicine \u2014 from pre-analytical errors to pressure for accreditation. In this article, we show how Greiner Bio-One is coming to CBAC precisely to discuss these challenges, bringing an unprecedented immersive experience (Greiner Experience) and, of course, eTrack<\/a>, our traceability platform that was created to attack the root of these problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why is this CBAC so emblematic?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

CBAC celebrates five decades as the largest congress of its kind in Latin America<\/strong>, planned by SBAC for June 15-18, 2025 at Expo Dom Pedro, in Campinas-SP<\/strong>. The historic edition promises keynote lectures, an exclusive forum for laboratory owners and the largest trade fair in the sector. More than 3,000 participants<\/strong> and ample networking space are confirmed, with registrations open since January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The problem that still keeps laboratories awake at night<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Persistent pre-analytical errors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even with increasing automation, the sample collection and identification stage accounts for up to 70% of errors reported in clinical diagnoses \u2014 failures that generate rework, costs and risk to the patient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Regulatory pressure and accreditation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standards such as ISO 15189, PALC and RDC 786 require batch-to-batch traceability, quality indicators and ongoing audits. Many laboratories struggle to maintain consistent and auditable manual records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Lack of time for data and decisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Managers need real-time dashboards to take action before problems become nonconformities \u2014 something that\u2019s rare when information is spread across spreadsheets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
