Podemos lembrar em um passado n\u00e3o muito distante, o como era dif\u00edcil ter acesso a informa\u00e7\u00f5es e hoje temos tudo na palma da m\u00e3o, mais do que isso, muitos de n\u00f3s nem consegue imaginar como seria a vida sem esses dispositivos facilitadores. Essa percep\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 ampliada quando analisamos os avan\u00e7os da tecnologia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conducting more in-depth research aimed at the feasibility of technologies that could offer the traceability of materials and this form of control to assist health teams, it was found that so far there was no application available on the market, which makes it 100% pioneer. Thus began the search for the appropriate technology that could best fit the development of the App, thus was born the concept of the Greiner Bio-One eTrack<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How it works?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Already implemented in collection routines, the application reads the QR code contained in the materials, linking the patient's code to the code of the materials used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registering the batch, validity (not allowing the use of materials with expired validity period, informing the user at the time of reading), date, time and the code of the responsible collector. Increasing the control of inputs used and enabling real-time visualization of the routine and management of collection teams. The application can also automatically generate the order of collection sequence, according to the exams requested for the patient, thus avoiding possible problems in the results due to interference or cross-contamination of the sample.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em total conformidade com a ISO 15189<\/a>, que prev\u00ea a rastreabilidade total dos insumos e materiais utilizados no processo de exames m\u00e9dicos de pacientes, estando os procedimentos pr\u00e9-anal\u00edticos de coletas de amostras biol\u00f3gicas inseridos nesta exig\u00eancia de rastreabilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al\u00e9m do app para dispositivos m\u00f3veis, toda a gest\u00e3o \u00e9 feita atrav\u00e9s de uma p\u00e1gina web\/site chamado Manager Cockpit. Com isso os dados registrados via app s\u00e3o enviados para o Manager Cockpit onde pode-se visualizar com gr\u00e1ficos e n\u00fameros a quantidade de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos materiais naquele dia ou semana, o tempo m\u00e9dio de coleta, visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o e compartilhamento de estoque entre matriz\/filiais assim como a exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de relat\u00f3rios contendo esses dados inseridos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The app offers flexibility and mobility in use, as it can be used in different settings such as in laboratories, clinics, hospitals, or in home collections, for example. With a very simple process, in case of displacements for home collections, the app can use the internet network with mobile data to send collection records to the central (Manager Cockpit) from any location, as long as there is an available connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Multiplatform and ready to use on any mobile device, it is available for download in online stores for all current operating systems sold on the market and can be used both online and offline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
